Many clients choose to take advantage of our outpatient treatment program after completing residential treatment. Passages outpatient programs are highly recommended, because our treatment team believes in our philosophy and is familiar with your treatment history and addiction. You can also choose to live in one of our sober living homes during treatment. Like the other programs we offer, outpatient treatment at Passages is holistic, individualized and non-12 Step.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a 3-4 hour per day program designed for 3-5 days a week. Intensive Outpatient is an opportunity for clients to return to their work or other daily routines and utilize treatment as ongoing support in early recovery. The focus at this level of treatment is on reintegration into daily life and structuring your life around your newfound recovery. Our team of certified experts will help you create a supportive and healthy community, setting work or career goals, and overcoming any new challenges that may arise in early recovery.
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a 6-7 hour program that meets 5 days per week. This level of care is intended to be a slight departure from residential care with a strong emphasis on accountability and structure. Clients in this program focus on integrating the improvements they have made while in a residential program and set long-term goals for their treatment. At this level, clients prepare for the return to work or engagement in other life purpose activities that begin when they transition on to IOP.
