During your stay with us at Passages, you will meet one-on-one with a Continuing Care Coordinator so we can begin assembling an outside team of specialists that will allow you to expand the base of knowledge and experience that you’ve already established at our world-renowned addiction treatment center.
If you want a sober coach or a sober living environment, we’ll find one for you. If you need to enroll in a gym, we’ll set it up for you. If you need therapy and do not have a previous therapist, we will locate a trustworthy therapist and you will be provided with the opportunity to make an appointment to meet with him or her when you return home. We will even screen the therapist to make sure they are aligned with your personal philosophy on healing.
Attending Passages Malibu’s rehab program is an important step in the journey of living a happy and healthy life. However, your sober journey does not end upon after graduation from our treatment program. It is extremely important to have the proper aftercare plan in place before you leave our care. Once you complete your stay at Passages Malibu, we will provide you with a comprehensive continuing care program that provides you with the resources, support, and coaching you need, to help you live a healthy, addiction-free life after.
At Passages Malibu, we provide one of the most detailed and comprehensive continuing care programs available to show our long-standing dedication and commitment to each and every one of our clients. We have been complimented by numerous professionals in our field that this is the best aftercare plan that any other treatment center currently offers.
In your final session with our Continuing Care Coordinator, we will go over your individual continuing care packet, which will contain detailed recommendations, goals, and notes from all of the therapists you’ve worked with at Passages Malibu. The packet will also include all the appointments, addresses, and contact information for your continuing care therapists and for the Passages Malibu continuing care personnel.
