Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise with an emphasis on martial arts, meditation, and self-defense. At Passages, we utilize Tai Chi as a way for our clients to relieve stress and tension and increase a feeling of serenity. This form of exercise is a guided combination of slow and gentle movements using your arms, legs, and body to connect with your innermost self. As a client at Passages, you will be scheduled for weekly sessions with our Tai Chi teacher, who has been teaching this practice for many years. These sessions are often held outside in beautiful and tranquil backyard overlooking the Pacific Ocean or in our quiet round room, where you will experience a transcending healing process, only available at Passages Malibu.
